Client Contract

The opening of an account with GoldenHive KB implies acceptance of a User Contract hereinafter named "Client" defining the rights and obligations of each party. By using our services, the client acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the applicable terms of use. GoldenHive KB may update these terms at any time; continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

GoldenHive KB operates under Swedish jurisdiction and complies with the applicable laws, including in particular: - the financial regulations in force in Sweden, - the European obligations in terms of anti‑money laundering (AML), - the KYB/KYC rules, - compliance with international sanctions. Any account opening implies compliance with these legal provisions.

For compliance reasons, GoldenHive KB may, depending on the case, request: - an official identity document, - proof of address, - documents on the origin of funds, - information on the company, its directors or beneficial owners (KYB). We may also carry out automated checks, including via artificial intelligence, in order to combat fraud, illicit financing and money laundering.

GoldenHive KB collects and processes only the data necessary for: - the creation and management of the account, - regulatory compliance, - security and risk prevention, - the provision of tailored financial services. The data may be processed internally or via trusted partners, in compliance with the GDPR and Swedish data protection standards. Any significant change to the privacy policy is notified to users.

GoldenHive KB provides professional investment solutions using artificial intelligence and advanced technological environments (Web3, blockchain, decentralised finance). Every investment operation involves risks; the client acknowledges that the value of assets may fluctuate and that no return is guaranteed.

Within the limits permitted by Swedish law, GoldenHive KB cannot be held liable for: - financial losses linked to market fluctuations, - service interruptions or technical difficulties beyond our control, - investment decisions taken by the client on the basis of the information available.

Any dispute between the client and GoldenHive KB is subject to Swedish law and, unless otherwise indicated, settled before the competent courts of Sweden.
